3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Grant necessary access to websites, analytics tools, ad accounts, and social platforms
- Ensure all provided content complies with applicable laws and platform policies
Delays or issues caused by missing access or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of KOHALSI LTD.
4. Payments & Fees
- Fees are agreed upon before service commencement
- Payments must be made on time as specified in invoices or agreements
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All strategies, reports, creatives, and materials produced by KOHALSI LTD remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive right to use the delivered materials for their business purposes.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
7. Third-Party Platforms
KOHALSI LTD is not responsible for changes, suspensions, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok). You agree to comply with all platform terms and policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOHALSI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Any outstanding fees must be settled upon termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
